The body has a profound ability to heal itself. This process can be impeded by numerous things; stress, trauma, negative thought patterns, etc. Therapeutic bodywork can assist the body in removing these blockages, which allows the body to continue on its own path of healing. My goal as a bodyworker is to listen to the body, and offer the time, space and support for the body to move towards a greater state of health. I firmly believe that our bodies have infinite wisdom regarding what they need to heal. You and your body are my guides.

the new rhythm is resuming work! I have missed you all and I am happy
to say that I am available to see you all again. Please note that my availability has changed. Enjoy the crisp air and the crisp apples of autumn! Peace and Health, Catie~ |

I find it hard to believe that it has been so long since I posted here! And it seems so fitting that my last post was about Pediatric CST... As this post is to announce my maternity leave! I am almost 39 weeks pregnant and will not be seeing clients for a couple months. I will be sure to let you all know when I am able to schedule folks again. But at this time, I don't claim to know what life will be like on "the other side" of this little baby being born:) So please stay tuned and I will let you all know when sessions are available again. Until then, please feel free to call Kerri Zelman for some fantastic bodywork! 814.441.5225 Happy Summer! Peace and much love, Catie~

I just returned from the 4 day Pediatric CranioSacral Therapy course. Wow! It is always so amazing to spend time with other therapists, we all have so much to share with each other. It is so inspiring to be around so many men and women passionate about helping children! I am so excited to now begin my jounrey helping our children, and our future. I know that every child is a teacher, and I can't wait to see what they have to teach me! Peace, Catie~

Movement towards moving occurred today! It looks like we will officially be moving to our new location as of 1 June 2010. Kerri Zelman and I are so excited to be combining forces with Theresa Shay. Theresa has been teaching TriYoga for more than 15 years, and has a TriYoga center in Spring Mills, Pa. She will now have a TriYoga home in State College. We will be moving just one floor down in the same building - 1315 S
Allen Street, Suites 209 and 210. After 1 June, stop by and see our new location!

The snow has melted and the rain is falling. In this time of seasonal transition, our office will be experiencing transition as well. Kerri Zelman and I have shared an office space for almost a year now. We will soon be moving out of this office, and into another. We are hoping to still be in the same building, just in a different office suite. So, stay tuned! We will let you know as soon as we figure out our new spot!
Stay warm and dry! Peace & Health, Catie~
